When thinking of beauty tips, do you ever think about sweet things? Just for starters, I know I like to have a nice chocolate facial. Then there are the sweet things like vanilla steams, spice wraps and sugar scrubs.
Nevertheless, all that stuff is pretty expensive. My last holiday spa visit cost me over 150 dollars, and I did not even get a full massage! Thankfully, there are many different ways to give yourself some of the same sweet treatments at home. What is the essence of these wonderful facials? Honey, naturally.
Below are just a few uses for honey that will leave you feeling delicious and beautiful:
* Beauty Tips With Honey #1: Be bubbly - By adding a cup of honey to your bubble bath, you can make your skin so very smooth. You can use a loofah to exfoliate your skin while your in the tub and it will give you nice, glowing skin. If you add 4 tablespoons of whole milk powder to your bubble bath, it will help keep your skin very clear. When you use edible products in your bath, you must make sure to rinse down very well afterwards.
* Your Honey Do Beauty Tip #2: Layering is fun. - You can make a wonderful egg white mask using ingredients right from your own kitchen. Then put a hot wash cloth on your face for about three minutes to open up your pores. You then smooth the mask on. Let it dry for ten minutes. Then just wash it off with warm water and love your fresh and youthful skin.
* Beauty Tips Using Honey #3: Create your own silky-skin toner. - Get an air-tight container and mix ½ cup of honey, 2 cups of buttermilk and a ½ cup of rosewater together. The best kind of container to use is a Tupperware with a screw-on lid. Then shake the mixture until blended well. It should be runny and a cloudy color. Then apply it with a cotton ball for tight and toned skin.
When making these kinds of treatments, use the best honey. For much less than 20 dollars, you can buy a good sized jar of organic honey that hasn’t been chemically treated. You can use this for your honey do beauty tips for months to come.
