If you went to the same school as me looking at the worst scenario that’s eighteen hours out of every day Monday to Friday! Wow that’s a huge chunk of time out of your day! The weekend can vary according to individual circumstances.
I don’t know about you after an eight hour day and two hours travelling in the traffic the last thing I would want to do is to spend another hour or so cooking a meal.
I believe that’s one of the reasons why we turn to the dreaded fast food and ready-made meals.
Most of us lead such a busy life its no wonder that good food and exercise are not top of the list.
From my experience speaking as a unattached person in my opinion it makes very little difference. If I am catering for myself adding one more person to the menu is not usually a problem.
There are lots of reasons for people being overweight and not enjoying the good health you deserve.
My fathers practice was to masticate his food until it formed a liquid in is mouth if that was not possible then he would not swallow it. If you put pressure on the digestive system it will have an effect on the immune system was my fathers explaination.
His thoughts were when you use this method it would reduce the size of your stomach and would not need as much food.
He also believed in extracting the juice of fruit and vegetables the combination can vary but his recipe was; apples .celery, carrot, garlic, ginger,
I would like to point out he lived to a ripe old age of eighty six and never suffered any real illness in his life.
In this day and age we live in I know that it is not an easy task to lose weight and stay healthy and fit and eat all the right foods it takes a lot of effort. Thankfully in this day and age there are many other ways to lose weight besides my fathers method
