When thin people eat whatever they want there doesn’t seem to be a problem but when you do it just ends up on the stomach, hips or thighs - unfair!So how come two people can eat the identical foods, exercise the same but the results are totally different? It’s all in the metabolism.

Great news though, there are steps you can take to increase your metabolism.By doing this more of the food we eat will be burned for energy rather than saved and converted into body fat.There are three easy ideas you can use to boost your metabolism.
1. Don’t ever skip breakfast!
Probably you’ve heard this a lot of times before, but it is worth repeating.It’s a pity that lots of people do skip breakfast, because if you’re trying to lose weight then you really should be eating breakfast.Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism as well as giving you the energy you need to get you through the busy part of the day without resorting to the convenience of junk food.
2. Try eating less but more frequently.
The body will slow down the metabolism if you go longer than three hours without eating as it thinks food is scarce.To assist the metabolism to speed up the advice is to eat about six times a day.Wow, it really is o.k. to snack! That’s not to say you can eat foods like chips or soda, the six small meals should be mostly of lean meat, complex carbohydrates and green vegetables.
3. Fidget About!
Let’s have another look at the skinny, high-metabolism people.These skinny people who eat lots, have high metabolisms must burn off the extra energy somehow, research suggests that it’s because they fidget!Nearly all of the time they’re not still even when they’re sitting down.Try to copy them. Whenever you’re sitting just shake your feet.
