Correct Back Massage

They believe that if you can’t enjoy that extensive body massage experience, the next greates choice would be a back massage.  This is real.  A back rub can provide a very comprehensive and extremely calming enjoyment, not just for the back, but for the whole body.

This is the cause why lovers would call for back rubs from one another every now and then.

There is no inquiry about the magnificent occurrence that a back rub can offer.  In fact, if there was a instructional book for relations, offering back rubs would be one of the chapters for the same.  Although, not each human being is gifted enough to offer a fitting back massage.  Similar to any massage technique, a back rub is an art form that needs the correct touches, the right movements, and the correct positions.

Thinking of giving your other half a refreshing back rub before sleeping?  Here are simple-to-follow guidelines on how to deliver a superb back massage.

1. Keep in mind that a back rub counts heavily on even, incessant, physically connected movements.  There should be no abrupt divergences from the motion of your hands.  There should be no abrupt modifications with the stress you are rubbing on.  There should be no sudden  changes from the path your hands are trekking.  All should be faultless.  All should be related to each other.

2. Initializing a back rub is pretty easy.  Inquire your partner to stretch out on her front.  Put your hands naturally on the surface of her back.  Begin close to the shoulder portion.  Smoothly apply gentle force and control your hands downward where her spine is situated.  Then gently operate your way up to the starting position, giving the shoulders some minor rubs in the process.  Apply this for about 5 minutes.

3. Request her to turn her face to her left so that you can work on her other shoulder.  Squeeze-stroke her right shoulder, commencing on the base of the neck heading to the joint lining the arm.  Apply as much pressure as bearable, but keep in mind to make such force steady, implying no sudden changes.  Perform this for 2 minutes, then ask her to turn her head to her right so that you may be able to work on her left shoulder for the next 2 minutes.

4. Make use of your thumbs to apply pressure on the bottom of her neck at the higher portion of the spine.  Perform this for a minute or two.

5. After that, go to her lower spine, at that area where the curve begins to where it ends.  This is a focal part of the experience, as this is where most of the stress lumps are located.  Straighten them with kneads and strokes starting your thumbs and fingers.
